Cheeky Chocolate Chia Pudding

This is so easy and great as a sweet snack on the go! If you’re not feeling like chocolate eliminate the cocoa powder and cacao nibs. Still delicious!

Equipment

  • Glass jar (I use a am jar)
  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 ½ cups of milk I use unsweetened almond
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt – I use Koko dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients
  • Carefully transfer to the jar and place the lid on.
  • Leave overnight.
  • Enjoy in the morning with some fresh fruit
