This is so easy and great as a sweet snack on the go! If you’re not feeling like chocolate eliminate the cocoa powder and cacao nibs. Still delicious!

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 ½ cups of milk I use unsweetened almond
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons yogurt - I use Koko dairy-free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients
Carefully transfer to the jar and place the lid on.
Leave overnight.
Enjoy in the morning with some fresh fruit
