- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 ½ cup oats
- ½ cup dairy-free milk
- ½ cup pumpkin & sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tsp ground coffee
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Soak raisins in milk for 10 minutes.
In a blender, blend oats, seeds, coffee, cocoa and coconut together.
Add raisins and milk. Blend.
When the batter is at a sticky consistency, using a spatula transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper
Using a dessert spoon or ice cream scoop, form the mixture into small bowls.
Pop in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Store in an airtight container and eat within 3 days
